Beacons Shelf are small bluetooth devices. They broadcast a product's ecommerce web address to customers at showrooms, shopping malls and at advertising billboards. It works as a link between the shelves of retail stores, ads or product exhibition spaces (showrooms) and online stores (e-commerces).
When the customer accesses a product's page, the customer can purchase the goods directly on their smartphone.
It uses an innovative Google technology, the Physical Web, making the customer's life easier by displaying nearby services and products on their mobile devices.
