Our busy schedules and fast paced lives makes it difficult for us to spend quality time with our kids. Our goal is to reduce this limitation and bring families together. Digital Treasure hunt comes is a kit that includes a Beacon designed with a tough silicone exterior which is safe for children to use. The game application is designed for kids in the age range of 3 to 6
years with basic mobile device knowledge.
Once the application is downloaded you can begin searching for “treasure” by hiding the Beacon and starting the game. From there on Bucky will be your pirate guide on the journey with hints and puzzles. It’s an exciting “treasure hunt” bringing
together parents, kids, friends, and siblings in a virtual, real time game of imagination and learning.
Endless options for playing indoors or outside in parks and backyards. You choose the safest and most appropriate location for the game.+
Bucky is now boarding his Pirate Ship to go on another great adventure. Get ready, your amazing pirate journey is about to start !
Your children can be entertained and continue learning wherever you may be. The application has options for indoor and outdoor settings, which respectively increase or reduce the beacon’s effective range. The small, sealed beacon works like a digital lighthouse, sending a signal out in every direction within it’s range. The possibilities for play are endless, including playgrounds, parks, backyards, and even your living room.
We have taken the dynamics of the popular game “Hot or Cold” to a whole new level. After installing the application on your smartphone or tablet, all you need to do is hide the beacon in an area that’s safe and accessible for children and start playing.+
You will help Bucky find many lost treasures!
As you get closer to the beacon, you’ll receive ‘hot’ and ‘hotter’ indications. Respectively, the farther away you get from the beacon, ‘cold’ and ‘colder’ indications will appear. As the game progresses, general knowledge challenges and puzzles show up. When the child answers the challenge correctly, a new step along “the road to treasure” is revealed.
Bucky is your narrator and guide throughout the journey, revealing hints for the challenges and puzzles. The challenges involve critical thinking, math games, quick logic puzzles, and grammar quizzes designed to help the child develop problem solving skills while interacting with their environment.
Bucky’s Adventures is designed to promote psychomotor development and spatial cognition in children. Allowing the experience to go beyond the inert technology of digital screens.+
Bucky will teach you many new skills on your journey, so that you too can become a great pirate!
There is much concern about the lack of exercise and physical playtime with today’s kids. The advent of modern technology has greatly reduced the interaction our kids have with their surroundings. We all have embraced video games, smartphones, and digital toys as a part of childhood, and it has become a way of life.
It is our intention to promote more social interaction between kids, while at the same time helping them develop motor skills, spatial orientation, and location awareness. The game artfully combines elements of challenge with cognitive awareness in an environmentally interactive setting.
Digital Treasure Hunt is an innovative 2.0 toy where children can physically interact with the virtual world.+
Hello, This is Bucky ! He is a pirate dinosaur, who sails the digital seas on great adventures in the search for lost treasure. Bucky will be your guide in the digital world. Will you join him on the quest for treasure and become a real pirate?
Digital Treasure Hunt puts a twist on the classic children’s treasure hunt. Combing it with advanced technologies, this Beacon-based feature utilizes Bluetooth sensors to detect the proximity of other devices, allowing the unique gaming system to connect the child’s physical surroundings with a mobile device. It offers a new way to encourage physical exercise and imaginative play which is often missing in modern day children’s play.
